Course Introduction

Operational Risk Management is a key process that is relevant to almost all parts of an organization. MOR(Management of Risk) is a framework to detect, assess and control risks and also establish mitigative measures around people, processes and system failures. The framework goes beyond operational risk and covers project and strategic risks. The MOR framework is scalable and can be extended to all types of risks that could potentially impact delivery of organizational objectives.
Ken and Headway is an accredited partner of Axelos and delivers the MOR certification scheme.
